These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Saveza mobile application, website, and related services.

Saveza is operated by Dmitrii Tsariabin, an independent individual developer (“Saveza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Saveza, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Saveza service

Saveza provides tools intended to help users understand and compare retail prices. The service may allow a user to photograph or scan a price tag, identify a product, extract price information, search for comparable pricing, receive an estimated price classification, view estimated potential savings, and access related informational functionality.

2. Informational service only

Saveza is an informational tool. Saveza does not guarantee that a displayed price is current, a product is in stock, an offer remains available, compared products are identical, taxes or fees are included, a retailer will honor a price, an estimated saving will actually be achieved, or that a Great deal, Fair price, or Overpriced classification is objectively correct. Before making a purchase, verify material information directly with the retailer or seller.

3. AI-generated results

Some Saveza results may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI systems can make mistakes, including incorrectly identifying a product, incorrectly reading a price, matching a different model or variant, relying on outdated information, misunderstanding a promotion, or returning incomplete comparisons. You are responsible for evaluating Saveza’s output before relying on it.

4. No financial or professional advice

Saveza does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Price assessments are provided only as consumer-shopping information.

5. Eligibility

You may use Saveza only if doing so is lawful where you are located. If you are below the age required to enter into an enforceable agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use Saveza only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

6. Permission to use your scans

You retain any rights you may have in photographs or other content you submit to Saveza.

By submitting a scan or photograph, you grant Saveza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, transform, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested scan, identify products and prices, generate Saveza results, operate and maintain the service, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and improve Saveza and its underlying systems.

This license lasts for as long as the submitted content is retained for these purposes.

7. What you should not scan

Do not intentionally use Saveza to upload payment-card details, passwords or authentication codes, government identification documents, confidential business information, medical records, private communications, unlawful content, or content that violates another person’s rights. Saveza is designed for retail product and price-tag scans.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Saveza for unlawful purposes, interfere with or disrupt the service, bypass limits or security measures, access Saveza through unauthorized automated systems, scrape or systematically extract data, probe systems for vulnerabilities without authorization, reverse engineer components except where applicable law expressly permits it, impersonate another person, upload malware, or abuse subscription, promotional, or free-use limits.

9. Subscriptions and paid features

Saveza may offer subscriptions or other paid functionality. If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by the applicable store, billing is subject to the terms of that store, subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with store procedures, and refund eligibility is generally governed by the applicable app store’s policies and applicable law.

10. Free usage and limits

Saveza may provide some functionality without payment. We may impose or change limits including number of scans, frequency of scans, access to particular features, processing capacity, and free-trial eligibility. We may take reasonable measures to prevent circumvention of those limits.

11. Third-party services and information

Saveza relies on or integrates with third-party services, which may include cloud providers, search services, AI providers, subscription-management systems, retailers, marketplaces, and application platforms. Saveza is not responsible for third-party websites, products, inventory, pricing accuracy, availability, representations, policies, outages, or content.

12. Retailer and trademark disclaimer

Retailer names, product names, brands, trademarks, logos, and other identifiers may belong to their respective owners. Saveza is not necessarily affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by any retailer, manufacturer, marketplace, or brand shown in search or comparison results.

13. Availability of Saveza

We aim to keep Saveza available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, software errors, third-party outages, network problems, excessive demand, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Changes to the service

Saveza is an evolving product. We may add, modify, remove, limit, or redesign features at any time. We may also change the methods, providers, algorithms, or sources used to produce price analysis.

15. Intellectual property

Except for content owned by users or third parties, Saveza and its software, design, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, systems, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the operator of Saveza. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Saveza intellectual property to you.

16. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback concerning Saveza, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

17. Privacy

Our processing of information is described in the Saveza Privacy Policy available at saveza.app/privacy.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saveza is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saveza and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the service, including losses arising from inaccurate price information, unavailable offers, incorrect product matching, purchasing decisions, lost savings, service interruptions, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated results.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of Saveza or your material violation of these Terms.

21. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Saveza at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security risk, legal requirements, misuse of infrastructure, or conduct that materially harms Saveza or other users.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the application, website, or another reasonable method when required. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.

23. Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country or region. Where applicable law provides non-waivable consumer rights, those rights continue to apply.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

25. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific Saveza features, form the agreement governing your use of Saveza.
